If you are experiencing problems:
- Please check system requirements are met.
- Please make full use of the trial period to ensure the programs works
with your system.
If your emails are being bounced, this is probably because the recipient's
mail servers suspect you are spamming. To avoid this:
- Try not to include "spammy" words in your email.
This site will check your
email to give you some indication of the likelihood your e-mail will
be filtered.
- Don't flood your smtp server - set the "delay between
each message" on the "Send Settings" tab of LBE Email
Scheduler to some non-zero value.
- If you are sending via an smtp server on your own machine - don't.
Use your ISP's. Some mail servers will check that there is a publicly
available domain name at the IP address of the sending machine. If there
isn't, they will block the email.
